Chicken Steak Veggie Bake



Chicken Steaks 500g Thawed        
Garlic 50g sliced thin        
Onion 100g minced        
Olive Oil 1000g            
Salt 100ml            
Pepper 1/2 teaspoon            
Black Pepper  1/2 teaspoon            
Broccoli 200g  Washed and trimmed        
Cauliflower  200g  Washed and trimmed        
Chicken Gravy to taste See recipe         

For a comforting side dish: Combine 100g soft butter, 50ml olive oil, 50g minced garlic, 2 teaspoon chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Spread thick onto your favorite bread and bake in a 180'C oven for 7 minutes or fry, butter side down, in a pan over medium heat until crispy. 

How to Cook

1. In an oven safe vessel mix together olive oil, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, cauliflower and broccoli                
2. Place thawed chicken steaks directly onto the vegetables and bake at 180'C for 20-25 minutes                 
3. Serve immediately with chicken gravy and your favorite sides. Enjoy!
